Fulfillment Clerk (Onsite)

About the role

Vitu is transforming the way vehicles, businesses, government, and drivers interact through innovative Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology. The Fulfillment Clerk plays a key role in the daily processing of vehicle license plate orders, ensuring timely and accurate order completion in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process license plate shipments accurately according to order specifications and shipping deadlines.
• Verify each order for the correct plate number, label, and documentation before packing.
• Package shipments securely and efficiently using warehouse materials, ensuring items are protected in transit.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels for shipping materials and license plates; report low inventory as needed.
• Keep assigned work area clean and organized, complying with safety and efficiency standards.
• Assist in other areas of the fulfillment or warehouse operation as needed, including plate sorting, sticker application, or bulk shipping.

Requirements

• Proficiency with barcode scanning systems.
• Familiarity with iX-9 mailing and shipping equipment.
• Ability to accurately weigh and label outgoing shipments.
• Strong attention to detail for logging and documentation.
• Basic computer literacy for working with Google Docs and other software.
• Ability to use basic software tools and label printers.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand or move for extended periods.

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00. Final compensation will be determined based on the applicant’s relevant experience, skillset, education, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
