Drains - Sales Consultant

Educate customers

• Education on drain solutions, maintenance options, and new system technologies.
• Absorb customer needs through asking the right questions.
• Prepare accurate proposals and price jobs according to company standards and guidelines.
• Seek referrals from satisfied customers to grow your network and sales opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure quality work and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Communicate job details clearly to support staff regarding financing, scheduling, and required documentation.

Maintain a professional attitude

• Represent the company with a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Prospect for new customers

• Participate in outbound calls and neighborhood marketing near recent installations.
• Engage in prospecting activities to identify potential new customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Sales experience.
• 1 year of Plumbing/Drains experience preferred.
• Service Titan knowledge a plus.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
