• Professionalism and appearance at all times to represent the company.

Assist customers

• Help customers achieve safe, efficient, and reliable drainage systems.
• Obtain customer authorization for all proposed work before scheduling.

Prepare accurate proposals

• Price jobs according to company standards and guidelines.
• Ensure profitability by accurately quoting jobs using approved pricing tools.
• Focus on quality and value.

Review and submit jobs

• Review all jobs with the department manager for accuracy and compliance.
• Submit photos and required forms promptly, including detailed specifications.

Communicate job details

• Provide installers with clear instructions through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written forms.
• Maintain contact during installation to guarantee a quality system and a positive customer experience.

Possess necessary experience

• 2 years of Sales experience.
• 1 year of Plumbing/Drains experience preferred.
• Service Titan knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
