Educate customers

• Education on drain solutions, maintenance options, and new system technologies.
• Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs.

Maintain a professional attitude and appearance

• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Assist customers

• Achieve safe, efficient, and reliable drainage systems.
• Obtain customer authorization for all proposed work.

Prepare and submit proposals

• Accurately quote jobs using approved pricing tools.
• Ensure profitability by focusing on quality and value.
• Submit photos and required forms promptly.
• Provide clear instructions to installers.

Prospect for new customers

• Participate in outbound calls and neighborhood marketing.

Attend training sessions

• Stay updated on best practices and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Sales experience.
• 1 year of Plumbing/Drains experience preferred.
• Service Titan knowledge a plus.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
