Duties
- Draft substantive motions, briefs, memoranda, and other complex litigation documents
- Conduct detailed legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments
- Support attorneys on sophisticated civil litigation matters
- Analyze complex factual and legal issues and translate them into clear, effective written advocacy
- Collaborate closely with firm leadership and experienced litigators on case strategy
- Manage assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a remote environment
Requirements
- Active Florida Bar admission
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and drafting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Experience in construction, land use, or appellate matters is a plus
- Self-motivated attorney who can work independently while remaining highly collaborative
- Leadership qualities and a desire for continued professional growth
