DPAS Manager

About the role

The DPAS Manager oversees the implementation and maintenance of Defense Pay Administration System (DPAS) processes within the organization. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and updating system configurations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of DPAS processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to DPAS.
• Update system configurations as necessary to maintain system integrity and functionality.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve issues and improve system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a military or government setting.
• Strong understanding of DPAS systems and their functionalities.
• Experience with system configuration and updates.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information securely.
