Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is responsible for helping the General Manager run a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- Ensuring the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future
Previous Management experience running high volume locations is required, or a background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/review is strongly desired. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
