Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Aid the General Manager in hiring, developing, and leading a passionate team.
• Utilize operational tools to achieve excellence and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Review store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify improvements.
• Manage cash activities and uphold brand standards consistently.
• Drive the implementation of company programs and support local marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as well.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• The desire to be coached and mentored.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full weekend availability and weekday night availability.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with POS systems and knowledge of food safety regulations.
