The DoW SkillBridge program is integral to this expansion, offering a 2-4 month immersive experience designed for each participant.

Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales, providing insight into the business operations and working alongside top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management, fostering teamwork to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to prepare transitioning service members for installing and managing installation crews.
Compensation and Benefits
