Power Home Remodeling is dedicated to supporting active and transitioning service members. We recognize the impact military service has on both service members and their families and strive to provide them with meaningful careers.
About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow our organization. This 2-4 month program is designed to expose transitioning service members to various departments within the business, providing them with hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced leaders.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing roles in Customer Development and Sales that offer insight into the 'business of the business' and opportunities to work alongside top leadership.
Operations: Positions in Logistics, Project Production, and Installation Management that enable participants to work in high-performing teams ensuring exceptional experiences for our customers.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program tailored to help transitioning service members become skilled installers and crew leaders.
Compensation and benefits
Sign-on bonus: Recognizing the commitment and contributions made during the SkillBridge program, we offer a sign-on bonus to participants.
