Power Home Remodeling is dedicated to supporting active and transitioning service members. We recognize the impact military service has on both service members and their families and strive to provide them with meaningful careers.
About the role
The DoW SkillBridge program is a key component of our strategy to grow and expand our business. This 2-4 month program is tailored to each participant and offers exposure to various departments within the company. Participants are supported by a dedicated Pathways team and experienced leaders throughout the business.
Departments to explore
Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that provide insight into the 'business of the business' and opportunities to work alongside top leadership.
Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management roles that enable collaboration with high-performing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program designed to prepare transitioning service members for roles as installers and crew leaders.
Compensation and benefits
We partner with the DoW to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. Participants receive a sign-on bonus as appreciation for their contributions during the program. Additional benefits include:
