Revenue: Client-facing positions in Customer Development and Sales that offer the chance to learn the 'business of the business' while being surrounded by some of the best leadership in the country.
Operations: Logistics, Project Production, and installation management positions that allow you to work in high-performing teams to ensure every project is a 5-star experience for our homeowners.
Craftsman Academy: A customized schoolhouse to train transitioning service members to install and run installation crews for us.

In partnership with the DoW, our goal at Power is to bring SkillBridge participants on full-time after their program concludes. We also provide a sign-on bonus as a thank you for your commitment and contributions during the 2-4 month program.

About the Role
We have been in business for over three decades and surpassed $1.7B in revenue in 2025. We are now positioned to double in size over the next five years, which will require a significant amount of new talent. The DoW SkillBridge program plays a key role in helping us achieve this growth. Our 2-4 month program is custom-designed for each individual and provides exposure to multiple departments across the business. You will be supported by a dedicated Pathways team and leaders throughout the business.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are currently serving or have recently transitioned from military service. You should have a strong background in construction, customer service, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
Skills
While we value a wide range of skills, we particularly look for candidates who have experience in construction, customer service, or a related field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
