Craftsman Academy: A specialized training program to prepare transitioning service members for roles as installers and crew leaders.
Compensation and Benefits
Sign-On Bonus: Recognizing the commitment and contributions during the SkillBridge program, participants receive a sign-on bonus upon completion.
