Responsibilities
- Fulfill job descriptions of pizza maker, cut & pack and dishwasher/busser
- Complete and be certified in the Dough Master Program
- Roll Italian, Thin and NY dough
- Prepare stuffed crust pizza
- Keep dough-rolling area clean and organized
- Take apart, clean and assemble the dough roller
- Assist in other areas of restaurant when needed
- Complete opening and/or closing checklists
- Perform other duties as assigned by Company Management
Requirements
- One-year experience in a food preparation position preferred
Skills and Characteristics
- Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively with other employees
- Must have a sense of urgency
Physical Demands
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to supervisors and employees
- Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc. up to 40 pounds in weight
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication

This position reports to the Manager and is located at a restaurant owned and operated by a franchisee of Southern Pizza Company dba Pizza Inn.
