DOT Driver / Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is the nation's largest self-performing flooring contractor and the leading provider of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for pedestrian and vehicle spaces in the industrial, commercial, and retail markets. This dual-role position combines DOT driving and maintenance mechanic duties. You will repair and maintain specialized flooring equipment while ensuring the safe transportation of materials to job sites. When not driving, you will perform mechanical repairs and warehouse duties. This role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic, professional integrity, and the willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform mechanical/electronic repairs on small engines and specialized flooring equipment (scrubbers, grinders, burnishers, etc.).
• Operate medium-duty trucks and 16 ft flatbeds to transport equipment and material; tow trailers as needed.
• Assist in receiving, purchasing, warehousing, and distributing materials. Load and unload trucks manually and via powered industrial equipment.
• Adhere to all OSHA, DOT, and company policies; maintain accurate work orders and follow up on results.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
• Prior experience with small engine/electrical systems.
• Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and a pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.

Pay

$24+ per hour (dependent upon experience).
