Responsibilities

• Operate helicopter flights safely and efficiently, adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies.
• Provide an exceptional and thrilling experience for passengers during doors-off flights.
• Navigate routes over Maui's West Maui Mountains and the north shore of Molokai, highlighting key landmarks and scenic views.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight, including pre-flight briefings and in-flight guidance.
• Coordinate with ground crew and booking teams to manage flight schedules and availability.
• Promote and inform passengers about optional add-ons, such as featured luaus and MauiActivities Package Deals.
