Doorman / Porter - Overnight shift Luxury Building

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the building, greeting residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Auxiliary residents with carrying packages, luggage, and other items as needed.
• Perform regular patrols of the building to ensure security and safety.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
• Auxiliary with receiving and delivering packages and mail.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a doorman or porter in a luxury building preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
