Overnight Valet / Porter

Pay

$19.00 – $23.00 per hour plus cash tips.

Schedule

Part‑time, 24 hours per week. Overnight shifts: Monday, Friday, Saturday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Location: One Beacon Garage, Boston, MA.

About the role

Propark Mobility is hiring Valet/Porters for part‑time positions with immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self‑park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be an all‑around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform all cleaning tasks noted on checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure all dirt, dust, litter, and debris are removed from all areas of the facility.
• Sweep and pick up around entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells, and clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office, and rest rooms, as directed.
• Empty all trash cans in the garage, the booth, and the office.
• Responsible for safety and security of company equipment.
• Report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazard, or unusual occurrence to regional and/or account managers in a timely manner.
• Pick up and deliver winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location.
• Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re‑stock as needed.
• Operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility.
• Shovel, plow, or blow snow from entrance/exit ramps and designated areas when needed.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as asked by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and resolve customer issues positively.

Qualifications

• Valet parking experience (1 year+)
• Customer service experience (1 year+)
• Porter or maintenance experience (1 year+)
