Gonetspeed is seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor for a hybrid position based in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of door-to-door fiber internet sales representatives
• Drive sales performance and meet team targets
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives
• Monitor and report on sales metrics and team progress

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in sales
• Experience in door-to-door or outside sales
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a sales team

Pay

$70,000 – $125,000 per year
