About the role

Pay

Base Salary: $35,000 + uncapped commission potential. Typical earnings range from $70,000 to $125,000+ annually. Includes a $5,000 signing and performance bonus for hitting goals in your first 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Represent GoNetspeed in local neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
• Sell fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV services
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right plan
• Stay current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maximize commission earnings
• Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM
• Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

Skills

• Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (helpful but not required)
• Organized approach to managing a sales territory
• Confident face-to-face communication
• Professional, ethical customer interactions
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and stair climbing (75–100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing, or pulling (25–49%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)
