Door Staff - Beeline Deerfield

About the role

The Door Staff is the first point of contact for guests entering Beeline Deerfield. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking IDs, maintaining lines, enforcing rules, cleaning, and assisting with private parties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and check IDs
• Maintain lines and crowd control
• Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed
• Clean and remove trash throughout the bar, including patios and restrooms
• Auxiliary in private parties, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• At least 21 years old
• Well-spoken individual with effective communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Good teamwork skills
• Personal responsibility, reliability, and accountability
• Alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required
• Able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
