About the role

The Door Staff is the first point of contact for guests entering Nice Life. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking IDs, maintaining lines, enforcing rules, cleaning, assisting with private parties, and working varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and check IDs
• Maintain lines and crowd control
• Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe
• Remove guests who violate policies
• Clean and remove trash throughout the bar and patios
• Absorb and assist with private parties
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• At least 21 years old
• Well-spoken and able to interact effectively with guests and staff
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Good teamwork skills
• Personal responsibility and reliability
• Alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required
