Door Guard / Gate Monitor

Responsibilities

• Monitor passengers in high-traffic areas
• Direct passengers to appropriate lines, checkpoints, counters, or boarding areas
• Provide friendly and professional customer assistance to passengers
• Identify and escalate operational issues, safety hazards, or service disruptions to leadership
• Monitor compliance with safety, security, and airport regulations
• Assist during irregular operations, flight delays, cancellations, and peak travel periods
• Maintain professionalism and composure in high-volume and fast-paced environments
• Perform other duties as requested
