About the role
The Door Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel New York is responsible for making the first impression of the guest a welcoming one. This individual will handle guest luggage, assist guests with transportation, provide information, and ensure smooth traffic flow.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest luggage and assist with transportation
- Provide information to guests and pedestrians
- Ensure the smooth flow of traffic in designated areas
- Making necessary deliveries to and pick-up from guest rooms
- Transport guest and hotel packages and parcels
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the location
- Good communication skills
- Professionalism and adaptability
- Previous experience in a related position
- Able to lift heavy objects
- Comfortable withstanding all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and overnights
