Donor Ministries Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Donor Ministries Representative to join our 2nd Shift Donor Ministries team. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Interface with donors and general public
• Make outbound calls
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to read and interpret donor requests
• Meet or exceed all ministry quality standards following procedures and guidelines regarding professionalism, timeliness, accuracy, and compassion
• Read, sort, and respond to emails in the info, giving, E-Update, and projects inbox
• Participate in support of seasonal needs, special assignments, and promotional campaigns for the response team
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Four-year college or university program degree and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in ten different software systems to troubleshoot and resolve donation issues and to collaborate with other departments: DonorStudio, PayConex, WebServices, Avaya, Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and multiple web browsers
