What to Expect

• Support Vitalant's life saving mission by servicing inbound contact center channels to resolve donor concerns or inquiries with scheduling donor appointments.
• Respond to inbound channel questions and concerns utilizing multiple systems such as calls, voicemails, and texts.
• Utilize eProgesa system to resolve donor eligibility questions.
• Accurately respond to multiple blood center brands within the inbound channels.
• Effectively achieve quality and efficiency metric goals.

High School Diploma or GED required

• Six months Donor Outreach Coordinator experience preferred.
• Donor eligibility training preferred.
