Donor Ministries Representative, 2nd Shift

Job Summary

This position is for 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM. The role involves interacting with the public and donors via telephone, correspondence, and tours. It requires expertise in various software systems and a strong commitment to advancing the Gospel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Interface with donors and general public
• Make outbound calls
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to read and interpret donor requests
• Meet or exceed all ministry quality standards following procedures and guidelines
• Respond to emails in the info, giving, E-Update, and projects inbox
• Assist with donor events as ministry representative
• Process completed outgoing correspondence for department including quality checking and documentation in donor records
• Participate in support of seasonal needs, special assignments, and promotional campaigns for the response team
• Follow Policies and procedures of Samaritan's Purse as set forth in the Policy Manual
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• Four-year college or university program degree and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in ten different software systems to troubleshoot and resolve donation issues and to collaborate with other departments (DonorStudio, PayConex, WebServices, Avaya, Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and multiple web browsers)
