About the role
You can be a part of a highly professional North American Disaster Relief team. In this role, you will communicate with beneficiaries within the United States. You will answer incoming calls, respond to emails and assist with processing incoming beneficiary applications. You will work closely with Beneficiary Service Coordinators to ensure highest level of support and assistance for those impacted by disaster.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with beneficiaries within the United States via phone and email.

- Work closely with Beneficiary Service Coordinators to ensure highest level of support and assistance for those impacted by disaster.
Qualifications & Experience
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate technology skills.
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Highly effective communication and written skills.
- Ability to identify with and understand another person’s experience or point of view.
- Ability to accurately prepare and maintain documents, records, files, and reports.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems.
- Skilled in managing ones own time.
