About The Role

The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) offers a no-fee program to assist men and women in completing their rehabilitation. The organization values its employees and relies on their dedication to maintain and improve the programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the area in and around the Donation trailer/pod at the beginning and end of each shift
• Aid donors in receiving donated items and provide receipts
• Manage and sort donated materials into appropriate containers
• Inform supervisors of needed items before supplies run out
• Secure and lock the Donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Pass background check (including criminal history and sex offender registry)
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions
• Effective communication skills
• Physical abilities to sit, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, lift up to 75 lbs, perform repetitive motions, and handle various objects

Schedule

Stores operate 7 days a week. Schedules are determined by management and associates must be flexible to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time associates may work any full-time shift.
