About The Role

The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) seeks to assist men and women in their rehabilitation journey. The organization values its employees' contributions and relies on their dedication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the Donation trailer/pod at the start and end of each shift.
• Aid donors in receiving donated items and provide receipts.
• Manage and sort donated materials into appropriate containers.
• Inform supervisors about needed supplies before they run out.
• Secure and lock the Donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pass a background check, including a criminal history and sex offender registry check.
• Read, write, and understand both written and verbal instructions.
• Communicate effectively with management, fellow employees, customers, and donors.

Physical Demands

• Sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist.
• Grasp, push, pull objects like files, drawers, carts, and other equipment.
• Move products weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motion tasks.
• Be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule

Stores operate 7 days a week. Shifts are determined by management and associates must be flexible to cover all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
