About the role

Domino's is looking for an Assistant Manager who is ready to step up as a leader. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example for the crew by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Create employee schedules and manage staffing needs.
• Order product and manage supply levels.
• Train team members and participate in hiring processes.
• Maintain profitability and earn a profit‑share bonus by meeting cost‑control goals.

Requirements

• Strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Criminal background check required.
• Willingness to follow all Domino's policies and procedures.
• Ability to lead by example and hold the crew to the same standards.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
