About the Role

JPC LLC is a Domino’s Pizza franchise seeking energetic team members for a fun, fast‑growing environment. The position is a Shift Leader (General Manager) role where you’ll lead the restaurant, oversee operations, and help drive the company’s success.

As the “boss,” you’ll ensure the team follows policies, manage daily tasks, and maintain a high‑energy, flexible workplace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all company policies and procedures 100% and enforcing the same standards with the crew.
• Create employee schedules and manage staffing needs.
• Order product and manage supply inventory.
• Train, hire, and develop team members.
• Earn a profit‑share bonus based on meeting cost‑control goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Criminal background check required.
