As a Shift Leader, you will ensure that all team members are performing their duties, maintain standards, and contribute to Domino’s reputation as the best pizza delivery company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all company policies and procedures 100 % of the time and enforcing them with the crew.
• Create employee schedules.
• Order product and manage inventory.
• Train team members and conduct hiring.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Criminal background check required.
