Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for everything that happens in the restaurant.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Create employee schedules.
• Order product and manage supplies.
• Train team members.
• Hire new crew members.
• Earn a profit‑share bonus based on meeting cost‑control goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: 1 year of restaurant management experience.
