Domiciliary Care Worker
About the role
Kinect Services is recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers to join our dedicated team supporting adults to live independently in their own homes across Canvey, Great Wakering, Rayleigh and Rochford.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support in people’s own homes
- Support with personal care, medication, mobility, meals, and daily routines
- Build positive relationships with individuals and their families
- Promote independence, choice, and inclusion in line with individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with office staff and health professionals
About You
- We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals who take pride in making a difference every day.
- Essential criteria:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and alternate shifts
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality care
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to complete full induction and ongoing training

Pay
