Adult Care Worker

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults in residential and community settings
• Assist with daily living needs, including personal care, medication reminders, meals, and transportation
• Promote independence, dignity, and safety
• Follow individualized support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with a trauma-informed, faith-inspired team dedicated to client well-being
