About the role
Adult Residential Support Professional working part-time on 2nd shift in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males. In this direct care position, you will support residents in recovery by providing supervision, encouragement, life-skills coaching, and maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and support treatment goals
- Serve as a positive role model
- Document observations and maintain records
- Assist with medication monitoring and daily living activities
- Transport residents to appointments and activities
- Facilitate educational and life-skills programs
- Respond to emergencies and ensure safety
- Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferably experience in human services or residential care
