Residential Care Worker

Responsibilities

• Assist adults in a community-based group home with daily living tasks and personal care
• Provide medication reminders and transportation support
• Implement service plans and document observations accurately
• Promote residents' dignity, safety, and independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care
