Domestic Inbound Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Driver Route Planning - Calling on inbound freight to schedule deliveries and organizing the deliveries into routes for the driver.
• Checking in Preload/Inbound Freight - Verifying freight received matches with preload paperwork and updating our TMS system with arrival notice.
• Scheduling Transfers - Getting quotes from our partner carriers to schedule deliveries into areas that we do not service.
• Quoting - Learning to quote different types of services and transportation options for our customers and other stations.

Pay

The base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $18 - $26 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
