Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound service appointment requests (phone, text, email, online, chat)
- Respond to all customer inquiries within 30 minutes
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
- Collect and document customer and vehicle information
- Confirm appointments and communicate details clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/DMS systems
- Cookordinate with service advisors and service drive staff
Qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; dealership or automotive experience a plus
