Inbound Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound service appointment requests (phone, text, email, online, chat)
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 30 minutes
  • Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Collect and document customer and vehicle information
  • Confirm appointments and communicate details clearly to customers
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/DMS systems
  • Cookordinate with service advisors and service drive staff

Qualifications

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; dealership or automotive experience a plus
