Responsibilities
- Updating Microsoft Word documents based on input from team members.
- Creation of Change Requests for documents using the electronic documentation and change control software.
- Administers the updating of procedures based on redline changes provided by team members and administers the routing and approval of these changes in the electronic document management system.
- Completes tracking, logging, updating and version control of technical documents according to business standards.
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1 year of job-related experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Familiarity with SAP preferred.
- Familiarity with technical wording and documentation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to solve practical job-related problems or recognize the need to ask supervisor for assistance.
