Job Duties
- Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive documentation related to property management operations, including policies, procedures, tenant processes, and compliance requirements.
- Review and update internal documents regularly to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company practices and regulatory requirements.
- Cook up and support multiple projects related to property operations, system implementations, and process improvements.
- Create project plans, timelines, and status reports to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with property managers to gather requirements and document business processes.
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain document control systems, ensuring proper versioning, storage, and accessibility of files.
- Review and analyze all the documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all documentation.
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation and records as required.
- Train staff on new procedures, systems, and documentation standards when needed.
