We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "About INEOS Aromatics" but we need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. Let's parse. We have: - About INEOS Aromatics: description of company. Could map to "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. But we have "The Position:" and description of duties. Could treat that as Responsibilities. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to include sections only if content exists. Let's identify content: - About the role: maybe we can include a brief description of the role from "The Position:" and maybe the first paragraph about the role? The posting includes "The Position: The Operations Document Specialist provides technical and administrative support..." That's role description. Could be placed under About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "What you will do:" and "Additional activities:" bullet list. - Requirements: maybe "What you will bring:" includes experience, education, skills. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements. But we need to avoid duplication. Could combine. - Skills: list of competencies. - Benefits: they list benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, Life and disability insurance, 401(k)-retirement plan with company contribution and matching. - Pay: they have a paragraph about compensation: "The actual base pay offered..." but no specific numbers. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". The compensation paragraph is vague but not exactly placeholder; it says based on factors, competitive benefits package. It does not give a specific number or range. Is that considered filler? It's not a specific number, but it's not "commensurate with experience" exactly; it's a statement that pay is based on factors. The rule says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting does state compensation paragraph, but it's vague. Is that considered filler? It's not a specific number, but it's still stating that compensation is based on factors. Might be considered filler? The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". The example includes "varies". The compensation paragraph says "based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity." That is somewhat similar to "varies". It's not a specific figure. I'd interpret that as filler and thus we should NOT create a Pay section. However, they also mention benefits, which we can include. - Schedule: no mention of schedule (shift work maybe? Not explicit). So no Schedule section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits. We need to decide which headings to use. Use

for each. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting doesn't have those except maybe at end "INEOS Aromatics Recruitment Team". That's not boilerplate? It's a sign-off. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO. Probably okay to keep as part of About the role? But it's not substantive about role. Might be considered footer. Safer to drop it. We need to include location maybe in About the role? The location is given: "Location: Wando, South Carolina". Could be included in About the role paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, role description, duties, additional activities, what you will bring (experience, education, competencies), benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. Let's craft sections:

    Location: Wando, South Carolina

The Operations Document Specialist provides technical and administrative support to Manufacturing, Operations, SHE, and Maintenance teams surrounding Document Control, site Training and Hourly hiring administration. Reports to Operations Manager.

But we must not repeat job title as a heading; we can include it in paragraph. That's fine. Now Responsibilities: combine "What you will do:" and "Additional activities:" into a list. Let's extract them: What you will do: - Coordinate administrative support for Manufacturing, Operations, Shipping, Maintenance, Laboratory, Safety, SHE, Storehouse, and Employee Reference Manual (ERM) functions, ensuring procedures and documentation remain current and compliant. - Manage and coordinate scheduled Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) reviews for ISBL #1, ISBL #2, OSBL, and Maintenance departments. - Develop and maintain annual shift schedules, vacation selection processes, shift schedule cards, logbooks, site calendars, and barge documentation packets. - Administer and maintain site SharePoint pages for Storehouse, Shipping, ISBL #1, ISBL #2, OSBL, Laboratory, and other Cooper River site content. - Serve as VTA Administrator by maintaining employee training records, updating computer-based training (CBT) content, and modifying testing materials as needed. - Support hourly recruitment activities, including coordinating candidate testing, interview logistics, and onsite hiring events. - Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, conference room scheduling, and office supply management. - Create and process SAP requisitions for office supplies and vendor services, including management of service entry sheets. - Manage site procurement through Amazon, including order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination. - Serve as a member of the Information Management Team (IMT), supporting document control processes and records management activities. list. Now Requirements/Qualifications: "What you will bring:" includes: - 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred for entry into the role. - Strong attention to detail - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required - High School Diploma or GED required - Competencies, Behavioral skills: (list) - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, balance competing deadlines, and coordinate training and procedural activities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of operational excellence, safety principles, and site procedures, with the ability to support the successful execution of plant and business strategies. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. - Proven conflict resolution skills with the ability to address challenges constructively and foster positive working relationships. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence outcomes, drive initiatives, and contribute to both short-term and long-term business objectives. - Working knowledge of manufacturing and operational processes, with the ability to understand unit operations and support site performance goals. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess available information and make timely, effective decisions. We could treat the first bullet points as Requirements (experience, education, communication) and the competencies as Skills. But we have separate Skills heading allowed. Let's split: Requirements: experience, education, communication skills, attention to detail, HS diploma. Skills: the list of competencies. Thus:

      Requirements

      • 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred for entry into the role.
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required
      • High School Diploma or GED required

      Skills

      • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, balance competing deadlines, and coordinate training and procedural activities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong understanding of operational excellence, safety principles, and site procedures, with the ability to support the successful execution of plant and business strategies.
      • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
      • Proven conflict resolution skills with the ability to address challenges constructively and foster positive working relationships.
      • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to influence outcomes, drive initiatives, and contribute to both short-term and long-term business objectives.
      • Working knowledge of manufacturing and operational processes, with the ability to understand unit operations and support site performance goals.
      • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess available information and make timely, effective decisions.
Now Benefits: We have: "We offer a competitive benefits package to support employees and their dependents, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Life and disability insurance. A 401(k)-retirement plan with company contributiona and matching." Note typo "contributiona". We'll preserve as is. Thus:

      Benefits

      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • Life and disability insurance
      • A 401(k)-retirement plan with company contribution and matching
We need to fix typo? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Should we keep the typo? It's part of the posting. We should preserve exactly as given: "company contributiona and matching". That's a typo but it's part of the text. We'll keep it. Thus:
    • A 401(k)-retirement plan with company contributiona and matching
    • Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The location we included in About the role. The company description we included. The role description we included. The reporting line we included. The duties we included. The additional activities we included. The experience/education we included. The competencies we included. Benefits we included. We omitted the paragraph about "The Location: This opportunity is located in Wando, South Carolina." We already included location. Also omitted the paragraph after that about working alongside colleagues etc. That's more company culture; could be included in About the role as additional prose. Let's incorporate that. After location paragraph, there is: "At INEOS Aromatics, you'll work alongside colleagues to solve meaningful challenges, contribute new ideas, and make a real impact.
