Document Imaging Specialist
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Aid in the development of new business for Firstrust. Be aware of expressed customer/prospect needs to suggest appropriate services. Direct customers to the appropriate person to open accounts. Actively sell and promote corporate products to potential and existing customers. Possess knowledge of corporate products and services to suggest products.
- Develop and process related Bank documents to include but not limited to:
- Review for clarity and completion
- Scan and index as directed by procedures
- Validate the quality of image and index
- Support processes to identify missing paperwork
- Process Flags/Codes in core system as directed by procedures
- Process Return Mail within the established procedures and appropriate banking regulations
- Review operational reports to validate changes in relation to address maintenance of fields/flags
- Review Data Maintenance forms for title and address changes to ensure forms support system changes
- Update procedures as necessary ensuring compliance with regulations
- Provide training to backup team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Physical And Sensory Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- The employee may be required to lift files/materials up to 20 pounds to take to various locations
- The incumbent will be expected to operate a computer terminal
Education, Training And Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Communicates clearly and professionally via telephone/email
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivator and good problem-solving skills
- Good organization and time management skills to help support competing priorities
- Demonstrates friendly, positive attitude
