Position Summary

Directly supervise & coordinate the activities of Document Control including Document Controllers.

Essential Functions

  • Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in Document Control.
  • Confer with other managers and supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
  • Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and sequences to meet production and quality goals.
  • Observe and monitor work to ensure we conform to quality standards.
  • Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances.
  • Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve methods, product quality, or efficiency.
  • Assign/supervise workload of Document Control.

Education & Skills

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Preferred Experience: 1-5 Years of experience in Document Control
  • Computer Skills: Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • JDE Certifications & Licenses: None specifically required
