About the role
Vitu is transforming the way vehicles, businesses, government, and drivers interact with one another through our Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology. Our platform manages titling and registration transactions in all 50 states, reimagining how drivers, businesses, and governments interact with vehicles. We are seeking a dynamic, highly-motivated, and organized Document Control Specialist with superior attention to detail to join our team.
Responsibilities
- File documents
- Scan large quantities of paperwork
- Receive, open, and sort mail
- Perform data entry
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Perform repetitive tasks with concentration
- Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience as a Document Control Specialist, Audit support, or related field
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
- Must be creative and able to offer suggestions to achieve desired results
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, and career-oriented
- Desire to contribute to the growth of the company
- Maintain awareness of business-related trends in the industry
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to adapt to ever-changing business needs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Clean driving record and current driver’s license
Pay
The hourly rate range for this position is $18 - $19.50. The final pay will be determined by factors including location, education, experience, training, and skills.
