About the role

Vitu is transforming the way vehicles, businesses, government, and drivers interact with one another through our Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology. Our platform manages titling and registration transactions in all 50 states, reimagining how drivers, businesses, and governments interact with vehicles. We are seeking a dynamic, highly-motivated, and organized Document Control Specialist with superior attention to detail to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • File documents
  • Scan large quantities of paperwork
  • Receive, open, and sort mail
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards
  • Perform repetitive tasks with concentration
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience as a Document Control Specialist, Audit support, or related field
  • Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
  • Must be creative and able to offer suggestions to achieve desired results
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated, and career-oriented
  • Desire to contribute to the growth of the company
  • Maintain awareness of business-related trends in the industry
  • Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to adapt to ever-changing business needs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Clean driving record and current driver’s license

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is $18 - $19.50. The final pay will be determined by factors including location, education, experience, training, and skills.
