Why You'll Love Working Here Employee-owned culture where every employee has a stake in the company's successOpportunities to support high-profile engineering and construction projects that make a real impactA collaborative environment that values teamwork, innovation, and professional growthStrong commitment to employee development through training, mentorship, and advancement opportunitiesIndustry-leading focus on safety, quality, and client satisfactionA stable, growing organization consistently recognized as one of the best places to build a long-term career What You'll Do As a member of the project support team, you will: Organize, maintain, and manage project documentation for engineering and construction projectsSet up and administer document control systems for multiple projects simultaneouslySupport project managers and engineering teams by ensuring project files remain accurate, current, and compliantAssist in developing and maintaining document control standards, procedures, and best practicesCommunicate document management processes and expectations to project team membersCoordinate the collection, review, routing, and distribution of project documentsCompile electronic project data books and ensure documentation is complete and properly formattedPrepare and issue transmittals to clients and vendorsProcess vendor submittals, including logging, tracking, routing, and status updatesPackage and distribute electronic project documentation to internal and external stakeholdersMonitor document workflows to ensure timely reviews, approvals, and deliverablesIdentify and escalate document-related issues while helping facilitate resolutionsPerform additional administrative and document control responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of document control, project support, or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and AccessStrong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience with document tracking, version control, and document distribution processesAbility to perform quality checks and verify document accuracy and completenessStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with document management platforms such as Hexagon, Procore, SharePoint, or similar systemsExperience issuing transmittals and compiling electronic project data booksExperience supporting engineering, construction, or project-based organizationsAbility to troubleshoot document workflow issues and recommend solutionsStrong commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Work Environment This role operates within a professional, project-focused environment supporting engineering and construction initiatives. Much of the work is computer-based and requires daily use of document management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
