Primary Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance checks, first level repair, and escalate issues according to agreed procedures.
- Travel to different client locations to provide support.
- Promote knowledge sharing and act as a mentor/coach to clients.
- Train client groups on equipment usage and functions.
- Maintain clean and tidy devices and ensure a safe work environment.
- Log all activities, including on-site parts inventory and replenishment of consumables.
- Achieve and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and meet customer requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and meeting customer needs.
- Work independently with minimal oversight, maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Have functional knowledge of a PC, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and web browsing.
- Identify and resolve problems using standard procedures.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies related to print production and finishing equipment.
- Be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and reach.
