About the role

Seventh Dimension LLC seeks a highly skilled individual with a security clearance to join our team at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching doctrinal and strategic guidance to military personnel.

Responsibilities

• Teach doctrinal and strategic guidance to military personnel
• Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training
• Collaborate with other instructors and program managers to develop comprehensive training programs

Requirements

• Advanced degree in military science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in military education or training
• Security clearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong knowledge of military doctrine and strategy
• Effective teaching and training abilities
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
