Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to provide services at the CoreCivic-operated Prairie Correctional Facility (ICE) in Appleton, MN (445 S Munsterman St). The role serves west‑central Minnesota, within reach of Willmar, Montevideo, Benson, Morris, Marshall, and Milbank/Watertown, SD. It follows a 2 to 3 day per week schedule, offering flexibility and consistency.
